Thank you for shopping with 1V/OCT (1V-OCT LIMITED, Hong Kong).

Please note: Total delivery time can take up to 21 days (or longer) from the moment you place your order. Once the parcel leaves our hands, delivery time is completely out of our control and depends entirely on the carriers and customs authorities.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Regular shipping is available to the EU and USA.
For all other countries, please contact support@1voct.com before ordering so we can confirm compatibility and certifications.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 3–7 business days after payment. Custom or high-demand items may take longer.

3. Total Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery: up to 21 days or more.
We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. Shipping time guarantees cannot be provided.

4. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. You will see the exact cost before payment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Very Important)

You (the buyer) are solely responsible for ALL import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country. These are NOT included in our shipping cost and can sometimes be substantial. We do not reimburse these fees under any circumstances.

6. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the parcel is shipped.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for parcels delayed, lost, or held by customs. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, contact us and we will assist where possible.
